Password must be a minimum of 8 characters and must contain the 3 of 4 following combinations:
- Uppercase characters (A through Z)
- Lowercase characters (a through z)
- Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
- Special symbols or non-alphabetic characters (for example: !, $, #, %, etc.)
